Nice to meet you, I’m Youbin Wang (Robin)
I'm a game designer, specializing in gameplay, level, and combat design. From the Communication University of China, to the University of Southern California (USC Games), and on through Tencent, EA, and NetEase Games (Thunder Fire) — I've been doing the same thing all along: turning ideas into experiences players can truly feel.
I'm currently a gameplay designer working on ANANTA (无限大) — responsible for designing in-game multiplayer gameplay and feature modules, and for optimizing and building the project's toolchain and production pipeline. I love the process of taking a design step by step from concept to engine implementation, and I treasure the rapport that grows with cross-functional teams through communication, the clash of ideas, endless polishing, and constant trial and error.
Beyond games, I'm also passionate about photography, music, and film production. These diverse creative perspectives often bring fresh inspiration and ideas to my design work.
As a road-trip enthusiast, my time on the road has shown me how rich and varied life can be. I firmly believe games are more than joy and excitement — they're a medium for building immersive experiences and forging emotional connections with players.
